Alle vervoer gebeurt met ezels en je komt ze overal tegen want ze lopen los door de straatjes te scharrelen. Ik ben weleens wakker geschrokken omdat ik dacht dat ik iemand in het trappenhuis hoorde, maar het bleken de ezels die door de straatjes rennen. &#8217;s Nachts leven ze hun eigen leven. Ik moest er \u00e9\u00e9n schilderen, hoewel het niet mijn &#8217;thema&#8217; is&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p><em>No cars at Lamu, de streets are to narrow. Everything is stransported by donkeys and you will run into them everywhere because they are walking free in the village. One night I woke up thinking to hear somebody on the stairs, but it seemed to be the donkeys, running in the narrow streets. At night they live their own life.
