Mijn begeleider maakte nergens een probleem van. Ik moest een pleister kopen (los te koop) voor een wondje, &#8220;no problem&#8221;. Ik moest naar de wc, &#8220;no problem&#8221; en hij bracht me naar een huis waar ik gebruik kon maken van het gat in de grond. (Left my companion)<\/p><\/div>\n<p><em>By boat to the village of Matondoni which is also on the island of Lamu. My companion thought that nothing was a problem. I had to buy a plaster (sold separately) for a small wound, &#8220;no problem&#8221;. I had to go to the toilet, &#8220;no problem&#8221; and he brought me to a house where I could make use of the hole in the ground.
